Do you ship internationally? 
We do not ship overseas. Only with AUSTRALIA.

How can I track my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details.
You can at anytime time log back into your account and check the status of your order.

If the order has been marked shipped you can track the order through the Australia Post Website.http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track

How do I place an order?
To place an order browse through the website and simply add all the desired items to the shopping cart.  You may change quantities by entering the desired number and pressing the "Add to Cart" button. To remove an item press the "x" button next to the product image or simply make quantity 0 and update the cart.

To continue shopping press the "continue shopping" button and follow the same procedure.

You can view items in you shopping cart at any stage by clicking on the cart icon at the top right of the page.

How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
All orders received and paid for on a business day before 11am EST. are processed and shipped with 2 business days unless they are marked express.

Orders placed after this or on weekends will go out the next working day.

If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be advised through a phone call or by email.

Online orders will receive an approval notification of their product and also a shipping confirmation.

You can track your orders by visiting the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number which you would have received by email.

How secure is my Online shop and Credit Card information I provide?

Kenya Tea Bags Pty Ltd  uses the Square for its online credit card transactions.
