Preparation & Serving:
Hot: Place half teaspoon of Peppermint in a tea infuser. Pour water just off the boil. Let this brew for 2-3 minutes and enjoy. You can enjoy the second brew and subsequent brews by adding some more fresh hot water in the pot. When brewing tea the second time, 1/3 brewing time is adequate because water has already penetrated into the leaves.
