Vanilla Rooibos Tea

This South African Caffeine free tea combines the Rooibos Red tea with rich and warmng sweetness of Vanilla. Rooibos tea is generally harvested during the summer months in Southern Africa. The tea is handpicked and then bruised and cut. When picked Rooibos is still green in colour. The next stage of fermentation turns the tea red.

Preparation/Serving: Put half a teaspoon of Vanilla Rooibos in a tea infuser and add water just off the boil. Let the tea infuse for atleast 7 minutes. Vanilla Rooibos can also be drunk cold.
