What is Moringa?

Hot Moringa Tea
Step 1: In a small pot, put a cup of water and bring it to a boil.
Step 2: Prepare ½ or 1 teaspoon of Moringa Powder, depending on how strong you like it.
Step 3: Transfer the hot water in a cup, and then add the Moringa Powder. Stir them into the water and then cover the container.
Step 4: After a few minutes, it is ready to drink. You should know that you can either enjoy it hot or let it cool down and even add some ice cubes, if you want to relish it in a hot summer day. To sweeten it, we recommend honey. In order to improve its flavor, you can also add a little ginger.
Iced Moringa tea
Step 1: Prepare a glass jar and fill it with water.
Step 2: Chop 1 or ½ teaspoon of Moringa Powder and add them to the water.
Step 3: Put the lid on and shake the glass for one minute, then add 2-3 ice cubes and place the jar into the refrigerator.
Step 4: After 8-9 hours, take the jar out and enjoy your iced Moringa tea.
You should not worry that this recipe does not necessitate any heat because the water gets enough time to absorb the antioxidants and other nutrients.
